JRNY is free for the first year. There is one plan and no credit card is required. AI features run on your own OpenRouter API key: creating a key is free, and you pay OpenRouter directly for your AI usage, never JRNY.

What a self-serve workspace includes

• Excel import - Import companies and contacts from .xlsx files, with duplicate handling
• Meeting notes AI - Paste raw notes and JRNY extracts contact, timeline, budget, urgency and fit
• AI email drafts - Draft emails, replies and follow-ups from the record, sent through your connected Gmail
• Approval queue - In email campaigns, AI drafts wait for a human to approve them. Email campaigns turn on when you connect Gmail.
• Team workspace - Invite teammates into your workspace, with role-based access

What needs BetterQA

Buying-signal detection, LinkedIn automation, built-in calling and contact enrichment run on BetterQA's own accounts and are available when BetterQA runs outreach for you, not in a self-serve workspace. Extra separate workspaces are created by BetterQA on request.

Who pays for the AI?

You do, directly to OpenRouter, on your own key. JRNY does not charge for AI usage.
