How does JRNY protect my personal data?

JRNY uses end-to-end encryption, multi-tenant data isolation, and role-based access control. All data is hosted on Supabase with SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. According to GDPR Article 17, you can request complete data deletion at any time.

Can I export or delete my CRM data?

Yes. JRNY supports full data portability under GDPR Article 20. Export your contacts, companies, and interactions as Excel or CSV. Data deletion requests are processed within 72 hours.
