We use AI providers with zero-retention policies. Your data is processed but never stored by third-party AI providers.
Does JRNY store my data with AI providers?
No. According to OpenRouter's privacy documentation, all requests use zero-retention providers. Your CRM data is sent for processing and immediately discarded by the AI provider. What AI models does JRNY use?
According to Anthropic's research, Claude is designed for safe, helpful AI applications. JRNY uses Claude for contact enrichment, note parsing, and email generation. All requests are routed through OpenRouter with zero-retention guarantees. The system uses a 32K token prompt with 10 persona types and 7 outreach directions for email generation.
