Zero-retention policy
JRNY uses AI providers with zero-retention policies. Your CRM data is processed in real-time and never stored by third-party AI providers. All AI operations use OpenRouter with providers that guarantee zero data retention.

How is my CRM data processed by AI?
According to OpenRouter's documentation, when you use AI features like contact enrichment or email generation, JRNY sends relevant context to the AI provider. Can I opt out of AI data processing?
Yes. AI features in JRNY are optional. You can use the CRM without any AI processing. Contact enrichment, signal detection, and email generation only activate when you explicitly trigger them.
